Dollarstore requested in-store messages that clearly deliver the right message at the right time.

To create a complete experience in both in-store communication and in-store music, they chose to use our services for both parts. We created tailored commercial spots with a clear brand direction. Productions that feel playful, direct and recognisable, and at the same time work for a broad audience that likes smart deals and getting a lot for the money. Based on the brief and needs analysis we translated Dollarstore’s core into the words “simple”, “smart finds” and full of personality.

Result
The result was light in-store messages with a clear focus on relevant offers and a tone that matches Dollarstore. By using a voice that feels straightforward but warm, with the right amount of attitude to carry both offers and brand communication, Dollarstore can now easily communicate in-store messages, campaigns and seasonal adaptations – all with a unified and recognisable feel.
