Currently experiencing issues with Barix controller

Resolved

Some users may have trouble logging in via the QR code to change channels or adjust the volume. Affected users will see a “Product Key not valid” message when attempting to sign in. Our service provider is actively working to resolve the issue, and we expect it to be fixed shortly.

Updates

We are currently working on resolving the issue.

The issue with the Barix player has now been resolved. You can once again log in via QR code to adjust volume or change channels as usual.
