Case Granngården Request Granngården requested in-store messaging where the right voice and audio identity would resonate and communicate clearly with customers. The goal was to deliver selected messages, campaigns and other communication directly through the store speakers in a clear and brand-aligned way. The soundscape also needed to be flexible enough to adapt to each individual message. By using elements such as SFX while maintaining the same voice throughout, we can adapt and scale the messaging while still preserving the core of Granngården.
